A printer must be configure as default printer in order to run the software properly.
If the user faced Application Error: There is no default printer currently selected, then he have to configure a default printer in Devices and Printers:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers

PS:
PDF printer may not be recognized as normal printer.
User may try to install a dummy printer, such as EPSON-xxx or Canon-xxx, then set that as default printer
