Check on the reader logged Transaction was not retrieved due to wrong setting in E.WIN. Please follow this step to resolve your issue.
1. Double click on the problematic controllers and click on “Setting”.
2. Then click on the “Logged Transaction”.
3. Select All transactions and click update.
