1. EFD80 works on a separate bus – you will need one more serial bus (EL70W, EL70Y, EL70Q or EL70L) linked to EFD.

2. Edit Edotpro.ini:

[Designer]
Advanced=1

3. Run Designer, select | , then tick “EFD80 Support”.

4. All the points are attached to EFD001..EFDxxx. Need to create EFDxxx in Designer before input/output point can be created.

5. Once comm port number is known from Device Manager, edit Server\Edotpro.ini:

EFDCommPort=4
EFDBaudRate=9600 //9600 if using RS485. Default 2400 for Multidrop

– Rename WPSvr.exe in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\WinPro\Server to be WPSvr_old.exe

– Rename downloaded file WPSvr_21233.ex2 to WPSvr.exe, then copy and paste it into folder C:\Program Files (x86)\WinPro\Server
