ue to BDE (Borland Database Engine) accessing registry and the default folders are in c:\program files, E.Win is normally installed using Administrator rights.

To allow non-administrator users to access E.Win, the
following steps need to be performed under Admin Login:

1. Set folder c:\program files\EdotWin as Full Access for normal users.

2. Set folder c:\program files\Common Files\Borland Shared as Full Access for normal users.

3. Run RegEdit.Exe, then right mouse click HKLM\Software\Borland, select Permission…, set normal users to Full Access.
